Why does Western regularly top the Globe and Mail's report card?

In the Globe newspaper's University Report Card, Western placed first or tied for first among large Canadian universities in 57 of 78 categories. This is the sixth year Western has topped the survey among peer schools.

Western has to top out on someone's list right? Since they won't submit to Maclean's anymore.

It's a joke. Western is great but we have serious problems.
