On Wednesday, November 2, the Society of Graduate Students (SOGS) invites the campus community to join us for a unity breakfast dedicated to the issues of universal access to education and student poverty.
On this National Student Day of Action, we’ll be providing muffins, fruit, and coffee from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. in the Grad Club (ground floor of Middlesex College, Room #19).
You're welcome to stop by whenever it is convenient for you during this event.
This breakfast will provide the opportunity for campus community members to come together in solidarity. In addition to the food and company, this event will feature: fact sheets and other educational material; the opportunity to sign petitions and open letters that pertain to the issues of student poverty and universal access; and, a selfie station for the social-media inclined.
This event is part of a national day of action led by the Canadian Federation of Students.
