Mindful Moments
Take a break and join us for a brief weekly mindfulness meditation session (15 – 20 minutes). Each session offers a simple, guided practice to help strengthen your attention and awareness. Drop in, tune in, and leave feeling a little more grounded, relaxed, and recharged.
